What we'll do
Learn what sessions are like . . .
Nearly everyone I work with is remote, and we connect over Google Meet. Sessions are usually a mix of conversation and a practice. We start with a conversation about what’s present for you that day. From there, I follow your energy and wishes. I keep in mind your challenges and what you want to invite more of in your daily life.
I give you options, we move at your pace, and you are always the authority on what feels right for you.
The practice itself could be:
- A listening turn, where you speak your mind without interruption while I hold space with loving attention.
- A prewritten guided relaxation, which I personalize by adding examples or removing parts so it is more specific to you.
- Guidance crafted completely in the moment for where you are today.
A practice could include invitations to movement, sound, stillness, silence, writing, drawing, speaking, singing. They will always invite you to honor your body and be as comfortable as possible. The more extraverted practices emerge from your preferences.
I am committed to holding safer, braver spaces in both group and individual situations that welcome all abilities, backgrounds, gender expressions, and ethnicities.
